Weekly open hours at every reboot chapter. Walk in any time during the window. No registration, no minimum commitment, no fee. Just space, people who get it, and a really good cup of coffee.
Office Hours are the open door. Every Reboot chapter holds them twice a week — once mid-week morning, once Friday evening. You don't have to apply. You don't have to sign up. You don't have to tell anyone you're coming. You just walk in.
A trained facilitator is always there. So is good coffee. Sometimes 3 people show up; sometimes 30. Everyone there gets it — they wouldn't be there if they didn't. You can stay 10 minutes or stay the whole time.
Same days, same times, every week of the year (except major holidays). Pick whichever fits your life. Show up to one, both, or neither — there's no record-keeping.
Start your day differently. Quiet conversation, a 15-minute guided practice at 8:00, then time to sit with coffee and decompress before the workday begins. Come in a suit or come in sweats — doesn't matter.
End the week by actually ending it. A facilitated wind-down at 6:00, honest conversation, and a small ritual to separate the work week from the weekend. Snacks, tea, and zero meeting talk.
Most first-timers are nervous. Don't be. There's no test, no curriculum, no expectation that you share. Here's what actually happens.
The facilitator says hi, asks your name (first only, no last names ever), and points you to the coffee. That's the whole onboarding.
Couches, table, or quiet corner. Sit alone with your coffee or join the conversation. Whatever you can handle today is the right amount.
No exit interview. No "see you next week?" pressure. We'd love to see you again, but the door swings both ways.
We're launching with three founding cities and rolling out more as chapter leads sign up. Want one in your city? You can start one.
After that, it's just coffee and quiet company. We hope to see you Wednesday morning or Friday evening.
